Cafe Hope

“In Konstanz, Germany there are refugees from Syria, Iraq, Kurdistan, Iran, Afghanistan, Georgia, Somalia, Nigeria, Senegal, Algeria, Turkey, and Ukraine currently living in 5 different refugee centers. We have an opportunity to share the love of Jesus and His salvation at an event we call Cafe Hope. At Cafe Hope, we minister to families, couples, and single men and women with food and drinks, games and crafts for the children, and present the Gospel message through testimony, drama, music, and dance. This is our biggest outreach to the Konstanz refugee community and the way that we start building relationships that lead to Bible study and discipleship opportunities.”

“By stepping alongside this ministry, you have an opportunity to tangibly touch the lives of people with the love of Christ. The refugees’ stories of trauma when leaving their homeland are devastating, yet they are seeming hopeful as they start up their new lives in Germany. Most of the refugees have just the bare essentials, but are rich in hospitality and sharing what little they have. These are some of the most extraordinary, brave, and beautiful people. What a privilege it is to share our lives with them.”
