Buddy and Taryn Raschdorf, along with their children Nate, Elsie, and Kess, have been serving in southern Germany since 2024, responding to God’s call to full-time missions among refugee communities. There, they have walked alongside men, women, and children who have fled war and hardship, many from primarily Muslim nations, focusing on relationship-building, practical support, and sharing the hope of Jesus through presence, hospitality, and intentional discipleship.
Through weekly men’s groups, Bible studies, women’s gatherings, and children’s outreach, they have invested deeply in individuals and families, seeing new believers grow and leaders emerge within the community.
As they transition back to the United States in 2026, their calling to missions continues in a new season. Taryn will be teaching at Old Dominion University while remaining actively engaged in ministry, and Buddy will be pursuing opportunities to support and connect with ministry communities both in the U.S. and internationally.
Together, the Raschdorf’s remain committed to serving across cultures and communities with compassion, consistency, and the message of Jesus, following wherever the Lord leads next.
