Dear Friends and Family,
Greetings from Krivoy Rog, Ukraine! I am back home in Ukraine after my trip to the States! I was so glad to see many there and reconnect, but I am also happy to be back to the ministry here! The return ended up being a little more stressful than I planned, with me having to change my plane tickets several times and getting all my covid tests done so I could travel. In the end it all worked out and after fifty-seven hours I finally found myself back in my apartment!
Would you please take a moment to email me at “email@example.com”, this way I will have your email address for some upcoming e-newsletters! Thanks you!
Good News: After a strict lockdown for most of January, surprisingly, a lot of Ukraine has reopened! We are back to regular church meetings! Our team has also returned ministry in the college dormitories, and even several of the children’s homes are now open for us to visit as well! This was truly unexpected! Now, we are just waiting and praying that sometime soon we will be able to visit the Greenfield Ladies Home.
College Dormitories: Unexpectedly, as soon as lockdown was over we had the green light to return to the dorms! I’ve so enjoyed seeing these students again, most of whom we have not seen since early October when all upper education went to distance learning. We continue to connect with these young people, teach them the Bible, about their self-worth, and help them to set goals for the future. Many of them have been coming to our services at the Church! God is moving amongst these students and we are praying for many salvations!
Mom’s Dormitory: All the kids and the Moms were so eager to see us after the lockdown. Being cooped up at home was a long, lonely time they said! We sure do have fun teaching them Bible lessons, doing crafts, playing games, and singing songs together. The living conditions and family life that most of them have is less than desirable, but at least our team can come and bring hope and the love of Jesus Christ to them!
For the doors to open (at least once) for us to visit the ladies at Greenfield.
For salvation and freedom for all the students that we work with.
For fruitful evangelistic outreach on the streets.
For healing, health, financial provision, rest, safety, and divine inspiration for our Church of Truth leadership team (Max & Amanda, Max & Katya, Andre & Juliana, Stepa & Sveta, Yura & Alona, Lena, and myself).
For continued vision for the future for myself, as well as health, safety, and peace!
For a fresh outpouring in Ukraine! I know the best is yet to come!
Encouragement: At the beginning of this year, the Lord really put on my heart that it was a time for lost sheep to return to the Good Shepherd. When I was praying for you, my supporters, my heart was grieved with the Spirit as I saw the heavy burdens many are carrying for their lost loved ones, and those who have wandered far from the flock. What I felt in the depths of my spirit was a sense that whatever shaking needed to happen will happen, and those lost ones would finally come home. Mainly because they will come to a place where they realize there is only one truth and He is undeniable! Please keep believing and pressing into God for those on your heart. I too am standing and praying with you, because it is TIME for them to be saved! My heart’s desire is that in the near future I will have heard testimony after testimony of changed lives. I simply know it is possible and it is on God’s heart! Let’s pray and call them home! Holy Spirit do Your work of drawing Your sheep back to You! Surround them with those who can speak the truth in love and give them ears to hear and hearts that are ready to receive! Come forth sons and daughters! Rise up! For your Father is waiting for you! There is forgiveness, freedom, healing, and rest for your souls!
Church of Truth: It was great to be back together with everyone worshipping the Lord! There are so many new faces at church! The work on the building came a long ways in the six weeks I was gone in the States. It’s so exciting to see the progress and dream about how it will be once everything is up and running at the True Hope Center!
May the Lord bless you beyond your imagination and fill you with the desires of His heart! May you see the glory of the Lord in your life and may the words of your mouth always be full of the Word of God! Thank you so much for your faithful partnership with me!
God Bless You! Your Missionary to Ukraine,
