I can not believe how fast the month has gone.
We have been in Brooksville Florida, spent a couple days in Ocala, into High Springs, to Bristol, Tallahassee, Marianna, and are currently just outside of Quincy Florida.
After leaving Brooksville at the beginning of February, where we helped to feed the hungry and I was allowed to preach a few short messages to the people we ministered to, We headed to Silver Springs just outside of Ocala. We needed a little time for everyone to recover since we all were getting rundown and fighting what I think was the flu. Abigail and I are still fighting it a little, we have had some kind bug for nearly 6 weeks now. While at Silver Springs we made a short video and began posting videos on our YouTube channel called “Family on a mission Go”. We wanted to keep people more informed on what we are doing and so have began posting on YouTube. We have posted our sharing in two different churches the last couple of weeks as well as a couple family videos. So if you are interested please check out “Family on a Mission Go” on YouTube and subscribe and you can see more of what we are doing.
From Ocala we visited a new missionary family, the Catmans, in High Springs. They minister to people who live on school buses and travel to the different meetups and give them Jesus. It was a good time of ministry and fellowship, God was really in our time with them and we did not want to leave.
We knocked on several church doors in Tallahassee and had one good conversation with a pastor there, and then headed to Bristol Florida where we were asked to share at Rock Bluff Assembly of God’s Sunday night service. The next weekend we Shared at East Side Assembly of God in Marianna and was introduced to two more pastors, one of which asked me to call him on March 9 to schedule a time to share in his church. We are currently scheduled to share at Quincy First Assembly of God in Quincy Florida on March 8.
Thank you all so much for praying for us to have a breakthrough with our partnership development, it is making such a huge difference, it is great seeing a break through.
If God lays our family on your heart; Please pray that we can schedule churches months a head of where we are and will be able to share regularly on at least a weekly basis. And please pray that we can also have great connections with individuals in the churches as well as in our travels that will come along side us. Also we need prayer that we will kick this sickness that we have been fighting for so long.
Thank you all so much for your prayers and support both moral and financial. It makes all the difference, and we really can’t express what it means to us when we receive an encouraging word from one of you.
Blessings in Christ,
Jesse and Becki Brattrud and Family

Hello all, God is good, all the time, and all the time, God is good. The neighbors down the street, Ray and Kim, when we first met them last summer they would only pier through the crack in their door to talk with us. And since then Becki has brought them meals, and...
Hello all, I pray that you all have had a great start to a new year. This one thing I know is that we serve a great Great God and He is on the throne. I was able to heal up from last month’s surgery and only suffer from occasional slight pain around my new scars. ...
About Jesse & Becki Brattrud
It is our vision and focus to plant churches and to establish a base that can accommodate other missionaries and/ or those who are being raised up for ministry
Our plan is to attend language school and while attending language school we will explore rural Brazil, west and southwest Brazil specifically, the farming communities and small towns. Our next step would be to find the area with the most need, those little red or orange dots on the map that signify less than 2% Christian. Once we find that location then we will begin to search for a central location around the greatest need to establish a base. Once we graduate language school we want to quickly and smoothly transition to the new location, walk around the villages praying and helping anyone out that we see needs and will accept it. Then invite them and their families to our place for supper serve them Jesus. Plant a church, begin street preaching in the town, raise up leaders that are capable of reproducing Christ in others and spreading the gospel. Turn the church over to the people and establish a pastor. Oversee the local pastor and repeat. The goal will be to plant as many growing, self sustaining Christ-centered churches as by Gods grace and power that we are able. To bring blessings to the communities by Acts 3:26 “When God raised up his servant, he sent him first to you to bless you by turning each of you from your wicked ways.”
