Dear Friends and Partners,
We spent several weeks in late September and October traveling. While in Ohio and West Virginia, we met with friends, family, and former church members of the church Guy founded in Elyria Ohio. We also traveled to Washington DC to spend a day praying in Senators’ offices and government buildings.
We made a second trip to Washington DC for a public demonstration in front of the Supreme Court building which involved a presentation of a friend of the court brief with a list of almost one-quarter of a million signatures. The brief was submitted by Moral Outcry on behalf of two cases being considered by the Supreme Court regarding abortion. We marched from Freedom Park to the front of the Supreme Court building, prayed, worshipped, and listened to testimonies of women who have suffered from abortions. Several of the women were scheduled to meet with President Trump the following morning to share their experiences with him. You can go to www.TheMoralOutcry.com for more information.
On our third trip, we took part in a prayer tour and then attended the Values Voter Summit meetings in Washington DC, where President Trump was the keynote speaker. The day before the Summit meetings, we were blessed to be able to personally pray for Mark Zeldon, Director of the Centers for Faith and Opportunity Initiative under the US Department of Labor and Travis Weber with Family Research Council who would be meeting with President Trump immediately after our prayer time with him to give advice regarding the pull-out of Syrian troops.
Our fourth trip was to Middleburg, Virginia for an Intercessors for America Board Meeting.
Love and blessings,
Guy and Sarah Kump
