FIRE TO THE NATIONS
We are drawing near to the close of our first semester here at FIRE Bible Institute. I am truly excited for these new group of students the Lord has given to us. They come from different denominations; some are pentecostal, evangelicals and others are protestant. Some of them are hearing of the move of the Spirit and the supernatural for the very first time.
The testimonies of how their lives have been transformed is enormous. With just the few courses they have been able to go through, each one of these students talks of how God has opened their eyes to new truth and revelations. They now understand their vision in life clearly. They want to know Jesus more intimately. Sometimes we take what we have at FIRE for granted, but when I look at these students, and the transformation and depth FIRE has brought to their lives, I can’t keep quiet but give God all the praise and glory for permitting us to serve here in Cameroon and also for touching your heart to support us in this mission’s field.
Our of these new students, the Lord has raised up worshippers, and disciple makers. Most of them have start little mentorship and discipleship groups. Doing regular evangelism and showing the Jesus film.
By the grace of God we were able to baptize a few soul this month of November. It is always a pleasure and a joy to do this kingdom work with your kids. My son Zuriel and daughter Zoe accompanied me to the baptismal pool. We had 3 candidate for baptism. The guy with the rasta is called Alex and I remember when we first baptized his wife, he was not happy and he tried to discourage her. The wife use to come to church in hiding. But we kept on praying for him and the entire family. Today he is a student of FIRE Bible Institute and I had the privilege to baptize him. We will also be celebrating their wedding as they decided to make things right and bring their marriage before the Lord officially.
A special thanks and appreciation for all that God did during the 20th FIRE International mission’s conference. It was a great pleasure to see all the other missionaries and catch up with what God is doing around the world for the past 20years.
We are grateful for the opportunity to chat with some of you our supporters, friends who continue to pray and to give because you believe in what we are doing in Cameroon. The picture below is with some of the missionaries who serve in Africa.
