This trip was very good, God has confirmed to us that we have very good friends with whom we can have good times and have memories. Thank you for your prayers, for taking my family into account, and giving us your friendship. For us a friendship has a lot of value is like an unconditional love. It reminds me of the proverb that tells us about a rope of three folds does not break easily, and you have given us this tool to be able to function and to continue in the ministry that God has called us to. We appreciate your prayer partnership, financial partnership, and your friendship.
God saved us from two accidents on our trip back to Guadalajara, Mexico. One was in Houston when a wheel broke and was about to fall off, and the other 45 minutes from the Mexican border where a ball bearing broke on the trailer we were hauling. In the middle of all this God had a plan. We were able to minister to a young man, and he accepted Jesus into his heart! God has opened doors for us in many different places. In Pensacola I had the opportunity to share about our Mexican ministry in several prayer groups, but what ministered to us the most was to be able to meet people, because each person contributes and builds something in our lives. Our ministry is to help pastors in any need they may have, but we do not limit this help and we also help other ministries. I have been working with a group of young people through a Christian school. The school called me to see if I could help teach twice a week. I prayed and God told me to assist them, so now I am sharing with these young people twice a week motivating them to lead a pleasant life before God. I have the privilege teach and minister to approximately 80 young people whom do not about God. This is another door that God has opened for us to teach the future generations about the love of God. We had a long journey back to Mexico. We learnt that before traveling for a long time one must empty the refrigerator so that in case the electricity goes out, the refrigerator won’t go bad. Now our refrigerator is out of service but thank God we came home safely. In these weeks we have been able to preach in the church with young people and adults, and I was able to work together with a group of men in the construction of the church.
I want to thank our friends that drove from Pensacola to McAllen, Texas to help us when our wheel broke. Thanks Rick, Steve and James L. for making us feel at home with them.
Our kids had a great time with their American friends. We are now back in Guadalajara, Mexico, and we are carrying on with the mission.
With Much love;

About Melquisedec & Fatima
Our vision is to help, equip and minister to pastors and leaders. Ever since the Lord called me to his service I’ve learnt that the purposes that God always come to fruition, even though sometimes it might seem like they take a long time.
My family and I have responded to the calling (Proverbs 21:9-9). I met my wife Fatima in Guadalajara. We were married in Guadalajara, and my eldest son Neftali was born in Guadalajara. My daughter was born in Reynosa.
