Dear Friends and Partners,
Over the past several months we have continued to feel the Lord’s leading to focus on prayer for Israel and the United States. We have also done some teaching at FIRE School of Ministry, and Guy continues to serve on the Board of Directors of Intercessors For America.
In late January, we attended the annual Intercessors for Israel Prayer Conference and Tour. The conference included seven days of prayer, worship, and teaching at a hotel in Jerusalem followed by a prayer tour to Israel’s borders. We also travelled to various strategic places in Israel to pray about current issues facing Israel.
In February, we drove to Washington DC for a three-day event centered around the National Prayer Breakfast. We were invited to be a part of a group of twenty prayer warriors who prayed in a meeting room adjoining the ballroom where the breakfast was held. The desire of the prayer organizer was to have a small group of “stealth” warriors praying for twenty-four hours preceding and throughout the breakfast. After the Breakfast a small group of us from Intercessors For America went to pray at the White House, the Capitol, and the Supreme Court.
In April, we drove to Elyria, Ohio, and were blessed to be able to spend time with several members of the church Guy formerly pastored and with some Intercessors For America’s Board Members. While in Ohio, we attended a 40th anniversary Seder meal and celebration of a messianic congregation. At the celebration, Guy reconnected with many people who have been involved with the Messianic congregation and with other ministries around Cleveland.
We will be returning to Washington DC in May for an event hosted by the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Israel’s statehood and the relocation of the United States Embassy to Jerusalem. After the event, we will spend a day praying throughout the capital.
We are so blessed by all that you do to partner with us in prayer and in giving which enables us to be a part of these prayer events. Thank you.
To His glory,
Guy and Sarah Kump
