Kimrell and Tina Villanueva
Kim and Tina are working with a church called His Mission Christian Fellowship, in one of the poorest regions of Davao City; where many of the members live in dangerous and unclean squatter homes. A lot of these families came to Davao City from different tribal areas of Mindanao with a dream to find work. With no success, they are forced to live in squatter homes and work very hard for very small pay, often around $15 per week.
Through the world’s eyes, poverty can create many different issues generation after generation including hunger, abuse, drug addiction, crime, health issues, and sadly, sometimes death. But through God and His heart for the poor, there is hope!
Kim and Tina feel God’s grace as they continue to move forward and help Filipinos find the One True God and see that there is hope for them and that God’s love and salvation are real. May the nations be glad and rejoice in what God is doing throughout the earth!
Thank you so much for your prayers. They are so important to us and God hears them. Thank you for your support as we could not be here ministering without the help of the Body of Christ.
